Today, the North is cold and rainy

Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa has scattered showers, the North has cold nights and early mornings. Other areas have no rain at night, sunny days; the Southeast region has hot weather.

On February 29, the North will have scattered light rain, then some rain. From March 1-2, there is a possibility of severe cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold. From Thanh Hoa to Khanh Hoa, there will be scattered rain and showers from March 1-2. Northeast region is cloudy, with light rain, drizzle and scattered fog in the morning and at night. Northeast to East wind level 2-3; cold weather, some mountainous areas have severe cold. Lowest temperature 12-15 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas 10-12 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas have places below 10 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 15-18 degrees Celsius, some mountainous areas have places below 15 degrees Celsius.

The area from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien - Hue is cloudy; in the North there is light rain, drizzle and scattered fog in the morning and at night; in the South there is rain in some places. The wind is from the North to the Northwest at level 2-3; in the North it is cold, in the South it is cold in the morning and at night. The lowest temperature in the North is 15-18 degrees Celsius; in the South is 19-21 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature in the North is 19-22 degrees Celsius; in the South is 23-26 degrees Celsius.
