The workshop was hosted by Thanh Dong University, with the participation of many experts, scientists, and lecturers from universities at home and abroad.
On December 16 and 17, Thanh Dong University (Hai Duong City) coordinated with a number of domestic and foreign associations and organizations to organize the 2023 International Scientific Conference on Electricity, Energy and Control (IPEC) in person and online.
The workshop was attended by many experts, scientists, lecturers from a number of universities and research centers from the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Kazakhstan, Australia and Korea, as well as many domestic universities and colleges, vocational schools in the province.

There were 10 domestic and foreign experts and scientists directly presenting at the workshop.
The workshop is an opportunity for domestic scientists in general and lecturers of Thanh Dong University in particular to connect with international scientists in the fields of electricity, energy and cybernetics, thereby improving teaching and scientific research capacity in these fields.
