Direct and implement well the mid-term review

In 2023, the Provincial Party Standing Committee directed the mid-term review of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Directed the implementation of the process of introducing personnel for the planning of the 14th Party Central Committee, term 2026-2031; reviewed and supplemented the planning of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and key leadership positions of the province for the 2020-2025, 2021-2026 and the 2025-2030, 2026-2031 terms.

Directing the implementation of taking votes of confidence for officials holding leadership and management positions of agencies and units in the political system of the province according to Regulation No. 96-QD/TW, dated February 2, 2023 of the Politburo.

Up to now, the whole province has developed 10 party organizations under the party committees of communes, wards and towns and 23 mass organizations in private enterprises; admitted 2,114 party members, reaching 96.1% of the target according to the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee directed the development and strict implementation of the 2023 inspection and supervision program of Party committees at all levels; focusing on improving the quality of inspections and supervisions. Timely and fundamentally resolving petitions, denunciations, and complaints of cadres, party members, and citizens.

Mass mobilization work focuses on new, difficult, key tasks that are breakthrough and creative. Party committees and authorities at all levels effectively implement the Central Committee's directives, resolutions and conclusions on internal affairs, judicial reform and anti-corruption and negativity. The internal affairs sector, District Party Committees, Town Party Committees and City Party Committees have a firm grasp of the political security situation, social order and safety in the locality...

Activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations closely follow the reality and political tasks of localities and units. Focus on propagating the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province. Direct the preparation and successful organization of the Farmers' Association Congress and Trade Union Congresses at all levels in the province for the 2023-2028 term; guide and direct the successful organization of the National Great Unity Day in villages and residential areas in the province.

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee set out 8 key tasks in Party building, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in 2024.

Accordingly, Hai Duong will continue to do a good job of disseminating, propagating, summarizing and promptly summarizing the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee and Party committees at all levels. Continue to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Focus on implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the 2023-2030 period according to Conclusion No. 48-KL/TW, dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo.

Continue to effectively implement Project No. 02-DA/TU on building a team of leaders and managers at all levels, especially leaders, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, meeting the development requirements for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Direct the continued improvement of the quality of Party organization building and Party member work, especially the development of Party organizations and Party members in non-State enterprises.

Hai Duong will also continue to seriously implement Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, dated October 25, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; regulations on setting examples; controlling power, fighting against the practice of buying and selling positions and power... Directing the development and approval of the Project on Job Positions of agencies, units of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province.

Develop and strictly implement the 2024 inspection and supervision program of Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels. Proactively grasp the situation, promptly detect, inspect and strictly handle violating Party organizations and Party members.

Party committees and authorities at all levels regularly grasp the people's situation; promptly lead the resolution of urgent and legitimate issues of the people. Focus on developing and promulgating the Project on Building friendly, people-serving commune, ward and town governments in Hai Duong province for the period 2024-2030. Continue to deploy and effectively implement the Regulations on contact and dialogue between heads of Party committees and authorities with people in the province.

Focus on anti-corruption, anti-negativity and judicial reform. Focus on leading and directing the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels in the province, towards the 10th Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024 - 2029.

Provincial Party Committees continue to promote administrative reforms within the Party, innovate working methods, enhance the application of information technology, digital transformation in the operations and management of Party agencies, organizations, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels. Develop, implement plans and guide Party congresses at the grassroots and district levels, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress according to the Central's guidance and the actual situation of the province.
