The Central Government supports 30 billion VND for Yen Bai province from the central budget reserve in 2024 to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 and stabilize people's lives.
On September 14, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed Decision 980/QD-TTg to provide emergency support to Yen Bai province to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3. Specifically, 30 billion VND will be provided to Yen Bai province from the central budget reserve in 2024 to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 and stabilize people's lives.
The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to be responsible for the contents, data of the report and proposals.
The People's Committee of Yen Bai province is responsible for specifically allocating and using the above-mentioned additional funds in accordance with the provisions of the law on the state budget and other relevant legal documents, for the right purposes, economically and effectively, without loss, waste or negativity; using the central budget support together with the local budget and other legal capital sources to promptly overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3.
