Support of nearly 1.3 billion VND for poor farmers and students affected by storm No. 3 in Nam Sach and Kim Thanh

On the morning of December 24, the Farmers' Association of Hai Duong province coordinated with the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, and GREENFEED Vietnam Joint Stock Company to organize gift giving to families and students in difficult circumstances affected by storm No. 3 in Hop Tien commune (Nam Sach) and Tuan Viet commune (Kim Thanh).

45 families were supported with 20 million VND/household including cash or chicken feed; 90 students received 3 million VND/child; the family of Mr. Nguyen Tien Dat and Ms. Nhu Thi Hang in Cam Dong village (Tuan Viet) was supported with 100 million VND to rebuild their house.

Dat and Hang's situation is very difficult. Ms. Hang has a terminal illness, her three children are still in school, and the family's previous makeshift house had its roof blown off by the recent storm No. 3.

In addition to the support fund, each case above also received a gift. The total support fund for families and students in Hai Duong is nearly 1.3 billion VND.

This support helps families have more money to rebuild their lives.

For many years, GREENFEED Vietnam Joint Stock Company has organized many programs and activities to support students and people in difficult circumstances in the province.

This year, along with Hai Duong, GREENFEED Vietnam Joint Stock Company also supports disadvantaged households in Bac Giang, Lao Cai and Thai Nguyen provinces.
