The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just decided to administratively fine 4 young men, a total of 195 million VND for not strictly complying with the Law on Military Service.
Specifically, young man NTH (born in 1999, in Phuc Lam village, Minh Duc commune) and young man BXTh. (born in 1999, in Ngoc Ly village, Ngoc Ky commune, both in Tu Ky district) did not comply with the call to military service of the Commander of the Tu Ky district Military Command without a valid reason.
For this violation, Mr. NTH and Mr. BXTh. were both fined 62.5 million VND.
Youth NVH (born in 2005, in Cao Xa village, Cao An commune) and youth KNT (born in 2001, in Duc Hy village, Cam Hung commune, both in Cam Giang district) were both fined 35 million VND for not being present at the correct time and place stated in the military enlistment order of the Commander of the Cam Giang District Military Command without a valid reason.
In addition to being fined, the four young men were forced to comply with the military call-up order as prescribed.
