Hai Duong considers reclaiming and changing the purpose of use of more than 21 hectares of land

The information stated in the proposal to the Provincial People's Council to approve land recovery and allow the change of land use purpose from rice-growing land to implement additional construction projects in 2023 in the province by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province submitted at the 18th session of the Provincial People's Council scheduled to take place on the morning of November 6 (special session).

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province also proposed the Provincial People's Council to allow the change of the purpose of use of 9.11 hectares of rice-growing land to implement 8 projects and works.
