On the morning of May 30, the 22nd session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed resolutions stipulating criteria for establishing the Security and Order Protection Team; criteria for the number of members of the Security and Order Protection Team in Hai Duong province and the level of support for this force.
