During the training period, the militia and self-defense forces study and learn about politics, military, technology, and logistics. Training is carried out in accordance with the content, program, and plan.
To improve the quality of training, districts, towns and cities have instructed communes and self-defense units to prepare well lesson plans, lectures, invest in teaching models... The 2024 militia and self-defense training work was directed by the Provincial Military Command to be carefully prepared by units from the beginning of the year.
In 2024, Hai Duong province will have more than 7,200 first-year militiamen participating in training in districts, towns and cities.
