Hai Duong spends 720 billion VND to renovate provincial road 390 B

Previously, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a resolution to add 360 billion VND to the district budget, equal to half of the project's implementation amount. Thanh Ha District has a policy to invest 360 billion VND to implement the project to renovate Provincial Road 390B and the bypass through Thanh Ha town in the 2021-2025 period. Thus, the total cost of implementing this project is about 720 billion VND.

Provincial Road 390B from Hong Lac Commune to Thanh Ha Town is more than 10 km long, including the bypass road of Thanh Ha Town Center, has been upgraded to a level III plain road, with a 12 m wide surface, including a bridge over the Huong River with 5 girders, and a bridge surface of 16.5 m wide. Along with that, the Ac Bridge in Viet Hong Commune has also been upgraded with a 17 m wide surface.

Currently, Road 390 B has a surface width of 5-7 m, making it difficult for vehicles to travel.

Thanh Ha district assigned the district's Construction Investment Project Management Board to be the investor. The unit is completing the feasibility study report to submit to the Department of Transport for appraisal.
