On the afternoon of January 15, Hai Duong Provincial People's Court held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint intermediate judges.
The 10 people who have just been appointed to the position of intermediate judges include: Doan Thi Thuy, Deputy Chief Justice of Cam Giang District People's Court; Nguyen Thi Hien, Deputy Chief Justice of Kinh Mon Town People's Court; Mac Duy Phu, Deputy Chief Justice of Kim Thanh District People's Court; Nguyen Van Quan, Deputy Chief Justice of Tu Ky District People's Court; Le Thanh Nam, Deputy Chief Justice of Binh Giang District People's Court; Tran Quang Minh, Deputy Chief Justice of Chi Linh City People's Court; Nguyen Van Cuong, Binh Giang District People's Court; Le Xuan Hien, Hai Duong City People's Court; Doan Thi Thu Thuy, Nam Sach District People's Court; Quach Thi Phuong Thuy, Hai Duong City People's Court.
Congratulating the newly appointed intermediate judges, Comrade Mac Minh Quang, Provincial Party Committee member and Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, emphasized that this is a great honor, but also places on the judges' shoulders a greater responsibility before the Party, the State and the People. Therefore, in the process of performing their duties, judges need to continue to promote, practice virtue, train talent, constantly strive, cultivate and practice moral qualities, lifestyle, improve political capacity, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
Hai Duong currently has 1 senior judge, 41 intermediate judges and 47 primary judges.
