Hai Duong has a social housing project in need of a loan under the 120,000 billion VND credit program.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has announced a list of social housing and worker housing projects in the province that need to borrow capital under the 120,000 billion VND credit program. Accordingly, there is one project that is eligible and in need of borrowing capital under this program, which is the social housing project in the new urban area south of Hai Duong city (sub-area 2) in Gia Xuyen commune (Hai Duong city). This project is invested by Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. The project has a scale of nearly 1.9 hectares, including 43 townhouses, 4 8-storey apartment buildings with 336 apartments. The total construction floor area is about 32,310 m2. The project was started on August 28.

The credit program of about 120,000 billion VND is implemented according to Resolution 33/NQ-CP dated March 11, 2023 on a number of solutions to remove difficulties and promote the real estate market. This credit package is aimed at investors and home buyers of social housing and worker housing projects to borrow at preferential interest rates, 2%/year lower than commercial interest rates. The disbursement period is until the end of 2030.
