The Department of Justice of Hai Duong province has just issued a press release on legal documents issued by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province in September 2024.
According to the announcement, in September, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee issued 3 decisions.See press release details here.
Notably, Decision No. 39/2024/QD-UBND dated September 13, 2024 promulgating the Regulation on ensuring network information security in information technology application activities of state agencies in the province. The Decision takes effect from September 25, 2024.See details of the decision here.
According to the Department of Justice, on December 11, 2013, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 29/2013/QD-UBND promulgating the Regulation on ensuring information safety and security in 6 information technology application activities of state agencies in the province.
After more than 10 years, some legal documents that were the basis for the issuance of the above decision are no longer valid, many provisions of the attached Regulation are no longer suitable. Therefore, it is necessary and appropriate for the Provincial People's Committee to issue the Regulation on ensuring network information security in the application of information technology by state agencies in Hai Duong province to replace the Regulation issued with Decision No. 29/2013/QD-UBND. The Decision consists of 3 articles; the regulations issued with the Decision consist of 4 chapters and 25 articles.
In September, the Provincial People's Committee also issued two other decisions including:
Decision No. 37/2024/QD-UBND dated September 12, 2024 promulgating the Regulations on land allocation limits, residential land recognition limits, agricultural land use right transfer limits; conditions for land division and land consolidation; minimum area allowed for land division and land consolidation in Hai Duong province.
Decision No. 38/2024/QD-UBND dated September 12, 2024 promulgating regulations on other documents on land use rights before October 15, 1993; land area permitted to build works on agricultural land in the province.
