Previously, on August 6, a working group of Thanh Xuan District Police worked at the COVID-19 prevention checkpoint at the beginning of lane 214 Nguyen Xien (Ha Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district).

Initially, the identities of the three young men were identified as T.D.L., D.HT (both 28 years old, residing in Hoang Mai, Hanoi) and D.VB (34 years old, residing in Long Bien, Hanoi).
At the police station, these three people confessed to buying 9 travel permits for a total of 12 million VND at a pawn shop on Lang Street, Dong Da District.
Thanh Xuan District Police are continuing to investigate the case.
