The meeting will take place in a combination of face-to-face and online format between the bridge located at the Ministry of Education and Training and 63 provinces and cities. In the morning, Minister Son will have a dialogue with preschool and primary school teachers. In the afternoon of the same day, he will meet with university lecturers.

"This is the first time the minister has had a dialogue with teachers, managers and staff in the education sector nationwide," said Mr. An. According to him, the dialogue's content is about life, work and the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training from kindergarten to university.

To prepare for this meeting, the Vietnam Education Trade Union conducted a survey and collected teachers' opinions in advance. "Up to now, we have received more than 6,000 opinions, focusing on three groups of issues," Mr. An informed.

The first group of opinions stated the current status of management and organization of implementation of the ministry's directives.

The second group shared difficulties and shortcomings in policies, life, and work, as well as the shortcomings and concerns of teachers regarding the innovation of programs and textbooks at the high school level and autonomy at the university level. Along with that, many opinions gave suggestions and solutions.

Finally, teachers sent questions about educational strategies, solutions of the minister and the education sector when facing problems of current education levels.
