World gold price at its highest level in nearly two weeks, domestic SJC gold bar price on the morning of July 4 continued to maintain the selling price of 76.98 million VND/tael compared to yesterday's closing price.
Specifically, at 8:55 a.m., DOJI Gold and Gemstone Group listed the price of SJC gold at 74.98 - 76.98 million VND/tael (buy - sell), unchanged from yesterday's closing price.
Similarly, Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC) also listed the price of SJC gold at 74.98 - 76.98 million VND/tael (buy - sell), stable compared to the closing price yesterday.
Previously, the world gold price on July 3 increased by more than 1% to the highest level in nearly two weeks, thanks to the increased possibility that the US Federal Reserve (Fed) will lower interest rates in September 2024, after recent figures showed that the labor market is loosening.
Spot gold prices rose 1.2% to $2,357.06 an ounce at 1:08 a.m. on July 4 (Vietnam time). US gold futures closed up 1.5% to $2,369.4 an ounce.
