If it happens, the boxing match between two American technology billionaires, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, will surpass all to become the most profitable match in history.

Speaking to TMZ Sports this week, UFC President Dana White believes the fight between the billionaires will be the most watched MMA fight ever, with the broadcast breaking all pay-per-view records.
Mr. White predicts this will be the biggest MMA fight ever in world history.
The standard UFC ticket price is $80, but White said he would charge $100 for the Musk-Zuckerberg fight. The most expensive ticket price in history to date was the 2017 boxing match between boxing great Floyd Mayweather and UFC superstar Conor McGregor.
The UFC president said the appeal of the two martial arts stars has attracted 4.3 million domestic viewers and total revenue of over 600 million USD.
“I think a potential Musk-Zuckerberg fight would triple the old record,” White said, implying the match could bring in more than $1.8 billion.
Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, ranked No. 1 and No. 10 in the world, respectively, have been at each other's throats on social media for days, following news that Facebook CEO Zuckerberg plans to launch a formidable rival to Twitter.
That led to billionaire Musk taking to Twitter to challenge Zuckerberg to a boxing match. Zuckerberg responded: “Send me the location.” Musk then replied: “Vegas Octagon.” This is the famous arena where UFC fights are held.
Although it was just a proposal, the incident caused a “storm” on social networking sites. On June 22, billionaire Elon Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, called on the public not to cheer for this match.
According to Dana White, who has spoken to both Musk and Zuckerberg, they are serious about the fight. White said he has begun planning for the fight, but declined to predict when it will take place.
For its part, Twitter's owner admits that potential war could indeed happen.
Speaking from a friend's birthday party, Elon Musk said: "Well, I haven't started working out yet. If that happens, I will."
Although taller and heavier than Zuckerberg, Musk lacked experience in mixed martial arts, while Zuckerberg was an amateur jiu-jitsu player. Most observers concluded that Musk would likely lose.
The techniques competed in the UFC ring include jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and boxing.
