The driver violated the alcohol concentration, when presenting the papers, the police discovered that this person used a truck driver's license to drive a passenger car.
At 4:15 p.m. on September 1, the Traffic Police Team of Thanh Ha District Police organized a patrol, control, and ensure traffic safety on Provincial Road 390. The force inspected a passenger car with license plate 50F - 05209 and discovered that driver HVT (born in 1993, in Tan Viet commune) was driving with a breath alcohol concentration. However, after more than 1 hour, this driver presented his papers to the inspection force. Notably, when checking the papers, the Traffic Police Team discovered that HVT only had a Class C driver's license (to drive a truck over 3.5 tons), while the passenger car he was driving was a 29-seat vehicle requiring a Class D driver's license.
Thanh Ha District Police have made a record to temporarily detain the passenger car and related documents to impose a fine according to regulations.
