From February 27-29, Hai Duong area is forecasted to be cloudy with rain, light rain, scattered drizzle, sunny in the afternoon, northeast to east wind level 2-3, cold at night and morning, lowest temperature 17-18 degrees Celsius, highest 24-25 degrees Celsius.

From March 1-3, the cold air is forecast to strengthen again, Hai Duong weather is cloudy, with rain, light rain, northeast wind level 3, the weather turns cold, some places are very cold, the lowest temperature is 13-14 degrees Celsius, the highest is 17-18 degrees Celsius.
