At the Conference, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Nguyen Quang Duong presented the Secretariat's Decision on the transfer, rotation, and appointment of comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Head of the Culture and Education Committee of the 15th National Assembly, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong assessed that, looking back on his career in many positions, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong has strived to overcome difficulties, maintained the revolutionary family tradition, always demonstrated himself to be a diligent, exemplary cadre, with will, determination, courage, innovative thinking, high sense of responsibility, ready to accept tasks assigned by the Party, and was assessed by competent authorities as having completed the tasks well and excellently. To successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, to build Quang Ninh into one of the dynamic and comprehensive development centers of the North, the responsibility of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee is enormous.
