Comrade Bui Hai Bang and comrade Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong were recognized by the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union as Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term XIV.
On the morning of November 21, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union organized the announcement of the decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat to recognize comrade Bui Hai Bang as Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term XIV, 2022-2027, and comrade Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong as Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang and First Secretary of the Central Youth Union Bui Quang Huy congratulated Bui Hai Bang and Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong on being elected by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee to hold the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term XIV.
The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that in their new positions, the two comrades will continue to promote the good qualities and youthfulness of Youth Union officials, improve their professional qualifications and political theory, actively advise, lead and direct Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province to successfully complete assigned tasks.
The new Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union together with the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Youth Union effectively implemented 3 revolutionary action movements and 3 programs to accompany the youth with many creative and effective activities and solutions suitable for each group of union members and young people in the province. Directed the Youth Union chapters at all levels to step up propaganda, promote the role of the Youth Union organization and participate with other forces to deploy and carry out the task of organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Comrade Secretary of the Central Youth Union Bui Quang Huy requested the two new Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, together with the Standing Committee and Executive Committee, to urgently complete the review and summary of the 2024 work program; focus on building and implementing the Youth Union work program and youth and children's movement in 2025. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union urgently directed the review of the implementation of the province's term targets and the targets assigned by the Central Youth Union Secretariat to the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union during the term.
The two comrades need to continue to promote the vanguard spirit of the Youth Union cadres, actively study and practice political qualities to further promote their leadership and direction roles in their new positions. Comrade Bui Quang Huy emphasized that the Standing members of the Provincial Youth Union need to uphold the exemplary spirit, be the nucleus of solidarity in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, and build a united and strong collective.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Bui Hai Bang, thanked the attention, leadership and direction of the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Secretariat of the Central Youth Union. Previously, on November 8, comrades Bui Hai Bang and Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong were elected by the Executive Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union to hold the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union with an absolute number of votes.
Thus, Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union currently has 2 Deputy Secretaries.
Comrade Bui Hai Bang was born in 1988, from Thang Long commune (Kinh Mon), has a bachelor's degree in financial management - accounting, a master's degree in economic management; advanced political theory. He has more than 13 years of experience working full-time in the Youth Union, holding the positions of: Head of the Rural, Workers and Urban Youth Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, Head of the Organization - Inspection Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Union of Hai Duong province.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong was born in 1989, from Hong Duc commune (Ninh Giang); bachelor's degree in administrative studies, bachelor's degree in English, master's degree in public administration; senior political theory. She has nearly 10 years of experience working at the Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs, holding the following positions: Deputy Head of the Civil Servants and Public Employees Department; Deputy Head of the Emulation and Rewards Department. From June 2022, she will work at the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, holding the following positions: Head of the Youth and Children - School Department, Head of the Movement Department; Vice President of the Provincial Youth Union.
