NGUYEN THUY(Tu Ky)
Answer: Article 43 of the 2015 Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene stipulates the subjects of application of the occupational accident and disease insurance regime as follows:
- Subjects of application of the occupational accident and disease insurance regime as prescribed in this section are employees participating in compulsory social insurance as prescribed in points a, b, c, d, dd, e and h, Clause 1, Article 2 and employers as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 2 of the Law on Social Insurance.
- In case an employee signs a labor contract with many employers, the employer must pay occupational accident and occupational disease insurance according to each labor contract signed if the employee is subject to compulsory social insurance. When suffering an occupational accident or occupational disease, the employee will be settled with the occupational accident and occupational disease insurance regime according to the payment and benefit principles prescribed by the Government.
Thus, if you work at many businesses, you will be covered by occupational accident and disease insurance at all the businesses you work for.
