The Hai Duong City Defense Zone Exercise was rated as excellent by the Provincial Defense Zone Exercise Steering Committee. This is the last locality of Hai Duong to conduct defense zone exercises in the 2021-2025 period.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded 3 collectives and 5 individuals; Hai Duong City People's Committee awarded 11 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in the city defense area exercise in 2024.
