The weather forecast bulletin early this morning from the provincial Hydrometeorological Station said that in the North, a cold air mass is moving south.
Around tonight (December 26), a cold air mass will affect the Hai Duong area. Due to the influence of the cold air mass, there will be light rain in some places, cold weather, the lowest temperature is commonly 17 - 19 degrees Celsius.
From December 27, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 3, with common temperatures ranging from 16 to 18 degrees Celsius.
