Dong A Aluminum Company Limited has just spent 763 million VND to reward active employees on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the company's founding (December 12).

The company rewarded 40 employees who have worked for 10 years with a total amount of 200 million VND; 35 employees who worked excellently in 2022 with a total amount of 175 million VND; 11 excellent staff in 2022 with a total amount of 88 million VND. The company also organized games with prizes for employees to participate in on their birthdays with a total prize value of 300 million VND.

Dong A Aluminum Company Limited has capital from Hong Kong, located in Tan Dan Industrial Park (Chi Linh City). This year, the enterprise produced, processed and consumed more than 60,000 tons of aluminum profiles, an increase of 20% over the previous year. The enterprise currently has 1,268 employees, with an average income of 15 million VND/person/month, an increase of 10% compared to 2021.
