The Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hai Duong province has just granted a certificate to Minh Phu - Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company in Tan Truong Industrial Park (Cam Giang) to adjust an increase of 170 billion VND in investment capital to expand production and business.

From this additional capital, Minh Phu - Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company will purchase and install machinery and equipment to expand production and business activities; upgrade and renovate modern and advanced production lines. The scale of the project is to produce steel coils, galvanized steel pipes, steel structure accessories... with a total output of 1.3 million tons/year. The factory is expected to be put into synchronous and official operation from December 2025.
Previously in June 2016, Minh Phu - Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company invested in a steel pipe factory project on an area of 3.6 hectares in Tan Truong Industrial Park with a total investment of 288 billion VND; capacity of over 150,000 tons of imported steel sheets and coils/year. The enterprise's project is invested in a systematic manner with high technology and complete automation in all stages of production. In particular, the ISO 9001-2015 quality management system is fully digitized using Barcode and QR code running on enterprise resource planning (ERP) software designed specifically for the company.
The business grows 35%/year. Minh Phu steel products are in the top 3 in market share of all kinds of steel pipes in the North. Products of Minh Phu - Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company have reached international markets such as: USA, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos... In 2020, Minh Phu - Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company achieved the title "Vietnam National Brand".
Thus, after three times of capital increase adjustment, Minh Phu Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company has increased the total registered investment capital of the project to 528 billion VND. This is one of the projects with large domestic investment capital invested in Tan Truong Industrial Park.
