Continued to deploy and implement key projects, ensuring sufficient water sources to serve customers in the water supply area; expanded the water supply area, contributing to raising the water supply rate for people in the whole province to over 95%. In particular, the company has well implemented the policy of socializing the province's water supply service, providing clean water through the main meter to secondary units so that clean water services reach people in the whole province with increasingly high water quality and service quality, contributing to ensuring social security in the whole province.

During its operation, the company has successfully applied scientific and technical projects in production. Continuing to use and apply science and technology, new materials in production, creating products with good quality, low cost, ensuring national standards on water quality. In production, the company has raised the level of system management to fully automated level; researched, improved technology, increased effective water treatment capacity, ensuring high efficiency for factories. Thereby, not only saving billions of dong due to no investment but also improving the quality of clean water.

Regarding market development, the company has expanded the scope of water supply according to the water supply chain and by region. Clean water is provided to rural areas, without distinction between rural and urban areas, ensuring alternative water supply sources for water supply stations using polluted inland river water. In recent times, the company has continued to effectively implement the project to prevent revenue loss and water loss; maximally saving costs, including saving investment costs to develop and expand the coverage of water supply services to rural areas. Currently, the company has implemented online payments through 6 banks and 6 affiliated units, making it convenient for customers to pay for clean water usage. The rate of online payment collection from customers reached 78%.

In particular, the output of commercial tap water, total revenue, and the amount paid to the state budget all exceeded the plan; especially the payment to the state budget exceeded the plan by more than 20%. The company always identifies increasing income, ensuring the best rights and life for employees as an important task. The company always complies with and properly implements policies and regulations to ensure maximum benefits for employees. Continue to direct the implementation of projects: Preventing revenue loss and leakage; safe water supply and constantly improving corporate governance, applying quality management systems, improving the quality of water supply services; digital transformation of enterprises.
