Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company has more than 720 officers, workers and laborers, almost everyone participates in a sport, some even participate in 2-3 sports.

Volleyball is the most popular sport at Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company. Almost every employee in the company can play this sport. Every year, the company regularly organizes sports tournaments, in which volleyball always attracts the participation of a large number of employees.

Mr. Hoang Anh Tu, 34 years old, is one of the excellent players of the volleyball team. Not only enthusiastically participating in tournaments organized by the company, Mr. Tu also actively participates in tournaments outside the company, being a typical factor participating in local volleyball competitions. Although newly established, the tennis department has attracted many officers, employees and workers. In the early days of practice, the unit hired coaches to instruct the officers and employees on the rules and how to play. After that, good players instructed new players...
