On the evening of June 4, Military Hospital 7 (Military Region 3) organized the 2024 Excellent Union Cadre Competition.
This is the unit chosen by Military Region 3 to do it first to gain experience throughout the entire military region.
The competition had 4 teams from 4 grassroots trade unions. The teams went through 3 rounds: knowledge, situation handling and talent.
The contest content focuses on the history of formation, construction and development of the Vietnamese working class, the Vietnam Trade Union, the Military Trade Union, and Military Region 3. The position, role, function and tasks of trade union organizations; Action Program of the Military Trade Union, Military Region 2023-2028... In the talent competition, the teams demonstrated their singing, dancing, gymnastics and sports abilities. The performances were carefully prepared by the teams, with careful investment in costumes.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the team from the Internal Trade Union; the Agency Trade Union won the second prize; the Paraclinical Trade Union, the Foreign Trade Union and the Specialized Trade Union shared the third prize.
