Tu Ky District Police (Hai Duong) has just summoned T.D.A (born in 2007, in Van To commune) to clarify violations according to the Road Traffic Law.
Previously, on October 3, during a patrol, the Traffic Police - Order Team and Working Group 151 of Tu Ky District Police discovered two young men using a motorbike (under 50 cm3) 34AA-212.13 weaving and swerving on a long stretch of Provincial Road 391, endangering people and vehicles. The police used equipment to record the violations of the two young men.
Based on the recorded images, the authorities quickly checked and verified that the two young men were T.D.A (in Van To commune) as the driver, and the person sitting in the back of the car was HVT (both born in 2007, in Quang Trung commune, Tu Ky district), both were students at the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Tu Ky district.
At the police station, T.D.A admitted his violations. Identifying 4 violations, the Traffic Police and Order Team of the District Police fined T.D.A more than 4 million VND.
