11 teenagers were prosecuted for swerving on motorbikes, beating people, and robbing people.

The defendants include: Le Duc Duong (born in 2005, in Cao An commune), Nguyen Viet H., Nguyen Van Truong (both born in 2006, in Cam Dong commune), Nguyen Thi Hoai (born in 2005, in Luong Dien commune, both in Cam Giang district), Doan Van T. (born in 2008), Cao Van Duy, Dao Thanh T., Dao Minh H. (all born in 2007, in Ke Sat town, Binh Giang), Le Van Phong (born in 2002, in Van Xa village, Ngo Quyen commune, Thanh Mien), Nguyen Van Anh T. (born in 2007, in Nam Sach town) and Pham Thi Quynh C. (born in 2008, in Gia Loc town).

On the evening of January 6, Duong led a group of Hai Duong teenagers aged 13-21 (including the subjects prosecuted above) riding motorbikes on some streets in Hai Duong city and Thanh Ha district with the purpose of finding other groups of young men riding motorbikes to beat and rob them of their vehicles. The group brought with them an iron pipe and many glass beer bottles. In Thanh Ha district, Duong's group met a group from Hai Phong city led by Vu Minh H. (born in 2006, in Doan Lap commune, Tien Lang district, Hai Phong city) carrying a sword. Because Duong knew H., the two groups discussed and agreed to go to Hai Duong city to find another group to beat and rob their motorbikes. At around 2:00 a.m. on January 7, the above subjects went to Ngo Quyen street and met Nguyen Quoc H. riding a motorbike carrying Dang Van P. (also in Gia Loc district), immediately beat and robbed them of their motorbikes.

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police is continuing to investigate and clarify the subjects related to the case.
