Hai Duong City Police Search for Victims of Many Night Robberies

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police is investigating the case of Dang Van Hoan (born in 2003, residing in Tieu Xa village, Lien Mac commune, Thanh Ha district) and Nguyen Phan Anh (born in 2007, residing in Du Tai village, Tien Tien commune, Hai Duong city) and their accomplices for robbery. The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police has clarified that from May 7 to 26, 2023, the subjects committed 10 robberies in many localities inside and outside the province.

Hoan and Phan Anh knew each other. To have money to spend, the two men decided to rob people, especially those who went to the night market. They often carried knives, machetes, and metal sticks to threaten and rob people.

In addition, the subjects also confessed that from April to May 2023, they and their accomplices committed a number of other robberies in Lien Hong Commune (Hai Duong City), Tu Ky and Gia Loc districts.
