- Because back then I found gloves and helmets very stuffy like you do now. I also stopped using them and you see the result.

At this time, Mr. Hung, the administrative manager, walked in, carrying a lot of safety helmets. Seeing the boss and Tuan talking, he approached and asked:

- What were you two talking about that you turned off the phone?

- It's about safety at work, Mr. Thinh said.

- Did Mr. Tuan take off his gloves, glasses and helmet again? I reminded you. Yesterday, in the workshop in the next village, a young worker who had just started working didn't wear glasses, so he got wood chips in his eyes and had to go to the hospital...

- That's why we have to remind each other. Not only in craft villages but also in construction sites and factories... Safety helmets and gloves are small but they protect your life. This is the company's rule, if you repeat the offense, your salary will be deducted, Mr. Thinh said.

Listening to Mr. Hung's story and Mr. Thinh's reminder, Tuan realized his mistake and said:

- Yes sir! From now on, I will wear full protective gear when working!
