Hai Duong supports land for ethnic minorities

Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu has just signed and issued Resolution No. 13/2024/NQ-HDND on land policy for ethnic minorities in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the province.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council opens a thematic meeting on personnel work and some new policies

On the morning of August 12, at the Eastern Cultural Center, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council opened its 24th Session (special session). The session will consider resolutions on personnel work and a number of new policies.
If the policy is not fast, the inflated real estate prices will become real prices.

Since 1990, in cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, real estate prices have increased about 400 times. In mountainous provinces or provinces far from the center, they have also increased about 100 times. This shows that real estate prices have far exceeded the average income of the majority of people.

Promoting decentralization and delegation of power along with controlling the implementation of land policies

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to coordinate with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to complete documents and procedures to submit to the National Assembly for promulgation of a Resolution on decentralization of the issuance of plans to implement the Provincial Planning.
