Ensure balance and allocation of resources from the state budget for key contents and activities. Mobilize investment capital from enterprises, integrate targeted support projects in the area. Strengthen forms of public-private partnership and socialization to attract investment capital in the fields of agriculture, environmental protection, transportation, commercial infrastructure, clean water, etc.

In 2023, the whole city mobilized more than 64 billion VND from resources to implement the new rural construction program.
