Chi Linh diverts traffic on National Highways 18 and 37 to serve the Festival

Road Management Area I (Vietnam Road Administration) has just issued an official dispatch on traffic diversion and organization on National Highway 18 and National Highway 37 passing through the inner city of Chi Linh to serve the Chi Linh - Hai Duong Festival 2023 as proposed by the Department of Transport of Hai Duong province. According to the plan, the traffic diversion will be organized from 5-11pm on September 28 (to serve the opening ceremony of Chi Linh Festival).-Hai Duong 2023) and from 5-11pm on September 29 (serving the Full Moon Festival).

Accordingly, on September 26, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City announced the traffic diversion and organization on National Highway 18 and National Highway 37 passing through Chi Linh City to serve the Chi Linh - Hai Duong Festival 2023. In the central square area of ​​the city - where the main activities of the Festival take place, the entire National Highway 18 passing through Sao Do Ward (the section adjacent to the city center bypass to Chi Minh Ward to Sao Do Intersection), Tran Hung Dao Street (from the intersection of Tran Hung Dao Street with Huu Nghi Street to National Highway 18), Ba Trieu Street (in front of Vincom Commercial Center to the section adjacent to Tran Hung Dao Street) and the roads around Mat Son Lake area will be banned.

The city also arranges parking lots for visitors and people in communes and wards to attend the Festival activities. For people in the inner city of Sao Do ward, arrange cars, motorbikes and electric bicycles on streets and routes that are not prohibited appropriately, ensuring traffic order and safety.

The City Police Department coordinated with the Traffic Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) to organize traffic flow at checkpoints; at the same time, guide vehicles to avoid traffic from a distance, ensuring smooth and safe traffic, avoiding congestion during the activities of the Chi Linh - Hai Duong Festival 2023.
