The level of natural disaster risk due to floods and inundations is specified in Article 45 of Decision 18/2021/QD-TTg:

According to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, from tomorrow morning, September 7, Hai Duong area will have strong winds of level 6, level 7, then increase to level 8, gusting to level 9, level 10... due to the influence of storm number 3.
How are storm disaster risk levels divided?

According to Decision 18/2021/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2021 of the Prime Minister, there are 3 levels of natural disaster risks due to tropical depressions and storms (level 3, level 4 and level 5).
