It has become a habit that every morning, the leaders of Cam Phuc Commune Police join the Zalo group of the model "Businesses and motels safe in terms of security and order" of Le Xa village to grasp the situation. If people have any issues that need to be resolved, the Commune Police will discuss and vice versa, when the Commune Police need people's support, or to propagate and disseminate legal knowledge, it will be posted immediately to the group. The above coordination work has been carried out for more than a year now.

Le Xa village regularly has 3,000 workers and laborers renting accommodation, accounting for 60% of the commune's tenants. In May 2022, Cam Phuc commune established the model "Enterprises and boarding houses safe in terms of security and order" attracting 210 members who are boarding house owners and businesses in the area. The model has a security camera system covering the entire area with 3 main systems in key areas and 30 linked systems. Each boarding house has regulations, orders, fire extinguishers, and covered trash cans.

Ms. Vu Thi Bong in Le Xa village shared: "My family has 50 rooms for rent, usually with 70 - 80 people staying. Since the model was established, we have a better understanding of legal regulations, and have measures to maintain order, prevent and fight fires."

Comrade Tang Tien Trinh, Vice Chairman of Cam Phuc Commune People's Committee, said that the locality focuses on building self-management models in preventing and combating crimes and law violations. Currently, the commune maintains 6 self-management models on security and order undertaken by associations, unions, businesses and people. The commune regularly pays attention to directing, leading and creating conditions for the models to operate effectively and practically, bringing a safe environment for businesses and people's lives.

Cam Phuc Commune Police regularly visit boarding houses to propagate and mobilize people to raise awareness of law compliance and crime prevention.

Raising awareness of crime prevention

The models have been maintained and operated effectively, contributing significantly to raising responsibility, awareness of prevention and combating violations of the law and crimes in each enterprise and community.

Implementing the model of "4 no, 3 guarantees" (no crime, no social evils, no work accidents, no fires and explosions; ensuring accommodation for workers, ensuring traffic safety in front of and inside the company gate and ensuring environmental hygiene in the company), for many years, Tung Yang Company Limited located in Cam Phuc commune has had no crime or social evils. Self-management of security and order is strictly implemented by workshops, teams and production shifts. The enterprise also proactively coordinates with authorities at all levels, especially the police force, to develop plans and implement solutions to ensure security and order, creating a stable production environment. Last year, from the discussion and request of the commune police, the company accepted a former drug addict. The company and the commune police actively helped, after 1 year, this case has made a lot of progress and actively worked.

The widespread development of the mass movement to protect national security in the area is an important factor in raising awareness of law enforcement, fighting spirit, and denouncing crimes and law violations among the masses.

On the afternoon of February 21, 2023, Mr. Nguyen Van Kien in Phuc A village discovered two young men wandering around the overpass area in this village. Seeing suspicious signs, he immediately informed the Cam Phuc Commune Police. When inviting the two men to the headquarters for questioning, the Commune Police clarified that these were the two subjects who stole electric bicycles in Luong Dien Commune (Cam Giang). The two subjects, Nguyen Duy Tan (born in 1990), Tran Van Nhi (born in 1989, both in Phan Dinh Phung Ward, My Hao Town, Hung Yen) took the bike to sell for 1.6 million VND.

Major Pham Van Phuong, Deputy Chief of Cam Phuc Commune Police, said that since the beginning of the year, the police have coordinated with the government, departments, agencies, organizations, and the people to send 5 cases to re-education camps and 3 cases to centralized drug rehabilitation centers, closely managing 8 people serving sentences, and 1 person undergoing community-based drug rehabilitation. People have provided the police with 8 valuable pieces of information to promptly resolve the situation.

With the results achieved in the movement for national security, Cam Phuc has been recognized by the District People's Committee for 5 consecutive years as a commune that meets safety standards for security and order. Many collectives and individuals of the commune have been commended by the Provincial Police.

Security, order and social safety are ensured, helping the locality have conditions for socio-economic development.
