Lower the heat when the mixture starts to steam. Continue stirring the flour thoroughly, until the mixture thickens and begins to change color, then lower the heat to the lowest setting. When the flour is cooked, the mixture will thicken, add a little cooking oil to make the crust smooth and shiny. Stir well and turn off the heat.

2. Stir-fry the filling
