Public vocational training facilities in Hai Duong lack many training equipment.

Hai Duong currently has 4 public vocational training institutions under the province and 6 public vocational training institutions under ministries and branches.

According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong, by the end of June 2024, there were 3 facilities with enough training equipment compared to the list of minimum training equipment: Hai Duong Medical College, Hai Duong Central College of Pharmacy and Sao Do Vocational Education Center.

The remaining 7 facilities lack a total of 780 training devices compared to the minimum training equipment list. The College of Construction Mechanics lacks the most, 199 devices. Next is the Hai Duong College of Culture, Arts and Tourism, lacking 175 devices. Hai Duong Vocational College lacks 155 devices. The College of Tourism and Industry lacks 100 devices. The schools: College of Waterway Transport I lacks 84 devices, College of Road Transport lacks 60 devices, and Hai Duong Center for Employment Services - Vocational Education lacks 7 devices.

The lack of training equipment compared to the minimum training equipment list as prescribed makes it difficult for schools to attract students, train to meet the needs of the labor market, and especially difficult to keep up with the technological chain of enterprises.
