Changing living environment and exposure to many external factors can affect the skin during Tet. To keep the skin fresh and healthy, you should maintain the following steps.
Cleanse skin
Whether you wear makeup or not, removing makeup is still an extremely important step to remove dirt, excess oil and sweat that accumulates on the skin throughout the day. Removing makeup once in the evening is essential for the skin.
Choose a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type to deeply clean pores without drying out your skin. Wash your face twice a day, morning and night.
Moisturizing
Always carry a moisturizer to hydrate your skin, especially when traveling to dry climates. Use a mask before bed to deeply hydrate your skin, leaving it restored and plump the next morning.
Protect your skin from the sun
Choose a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher and reapply every 2 hours or after swimming or sweating. Protect your face, eyes, and neck from harmful UV rays.
Drink enough water
Even though you are busy having fun during Tet, you need to drink enough water to help your skin stay smooth and healthy.
Eat healthy
Eat lots of green vegetables, tubers, and fruits to supplement vitamins and minerals to help keep skin healthy from the inside.
Get enough sleep
Good sleep will help your skin recover and stay healthy.
