A tropical depression has formed in the East Sea and is moving slowly to the Northwest, with the strongest wind near the center of the depression at level 6, gusting to level 8.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development recommends that provinces and cities in the Northern and North Central regions closely monitor warning bulletins and forecasts on the development of cold air and provide timely information to proactively prevent the disease.
Tropical depression forms in the East Sea

The low pressure area in the southern East Sea has strengthened into a tropical depression this afternoon, and is forecast to move south of the Truong Sa archipelago in the next two days.
