Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission Truong Thi Mai signed and issued Regulation 132 of the Politburo regulating the control of power, prevention and combat of corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of sentences.

Accordingly, the Politburo clearly stated 27 acts of taking advantage of, abusing position, power, power abuse, corruption, and negativity in litigation and execution activities are prohibited.

Including the acts of leading, directing, advising, and issuing documents contrary to the Party's policies and regulations and the State's laws in litigation, execution of judgments, and other related activities.

According to Regulation 132, taking advantage of, abusing one's position, power, or authority to impose or legalize one's illegal actions and decisions or to resolve one's personal matters in litigation, execution of judgments, and other related activities is also a prohibited act in investigation, trial, and execution of judgments.

Regulation 132 of the Politburo also raises the issue of handling acts of taking advantage of, abusing positions, powers, power abuse, corruption, and negativity.

"Organizations and individuals who violate, take advantage of, abuse their positions and powers, abuse power, commit corruption, and engage in negativity in litigation, execution of judgments, and other related activities must be strictly handled according to Party regulations, State laws, and regulations of agencies, organizations, and units," the Politburo emphasized.

Violations, abuse of position and power, abuse of power, corruption, and negativity that have not been regulated for handling shall be handled appropriately based on the Party's Charter and regulations, the State's laws, and the charters and regulations of mass organizations.

Notably, according to the Politburo's regulations, in cases where disciplinary action has been taken, but deemed necessary, competent authorities must resolutely transfer the violator from his/her current position, replace him/her, dismiss him/her, dismiss him/her, resign, and not assign him/her to work related to litigation, execution of judgments, and other related activities.
