The subjects were arrested by border guards in the case of illegally guiding Chinese people into Vietnam.
On the night of March 17, at km 50 + 700 m, National Highway 18C in the area of Landmark 1322 (2) (Cam Hac village, Dong Van commune, Binh Lieu district), Tran Van Binh (born in 1986, residing in Phong Du commune, Tien Yen district) was caught red-handed organizing illegal entry for 4 Chinese people.
On March 18, Duong Cam Ngan (born in 1995, in Dong Van commune, Binh Lieu district) went to the Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station to surrender for organizing illegal entry of a group of Chinese people with Tran Van Binh.
The Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station continues to coordinate with competent authorities to investigate, verify, and complete the case file according to the provisions of law.
