The storm is moving in the West Northwest direction at a speed of about 10-15 km/hour, level 14, gusting over level 17.

At 4:00 p.m. on September 2, the center of the storm was at 21.8 degrees North latitude - 113.2 degrees East longitude, in the northeastern sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 370km East Southeast of Hong Kong (China).

The storm is moving in a West Southwest direction at a speed of about 10 km/hour, level 12-13, gusting over level 16.

Dangerous areas affected by storms: North of latitude 19 degrees North, East of longitude 111 degrees East; North of the North East Sea area has level 3 natural disaster risk.

From the next 72-120 hours, the storm will move mainly in the West-Southwest direction, traveling 5-10km per hour, with the intensity likely to gradually decrease.

Due to the influence of the storm, on the night of August 30, the northeastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea had strong storm winds of level 9-10, later increasing to level 11-13, near the storm center level 14-16, gusting over level 17; the sea was very rough.
