Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance has coordinated to urge 115 units to pay social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 3 months or more. As a result, 90 units have paid the late payment amount of 43.5 billion VND.
According to the report of Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance, by the end of October 2024, through inspection and examination, the unit had collected more than 2.2 billion VND due to 182 employees who had not participated in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; collected due to lack of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance contributions of 403 employees with the amount of 663.3 million VND.
Recovered 425.6 million VND from 7 employees who were not eligible for social insurance; recovered 57.1 million VND from 79 employees who received sick leave, maternity leave, recuperation, and health recovery benefits that were not in accordance with regulations. Recovered more than 1.7 billion VND to the Health Insurance Fund during the inspection of medical examination and treatment facilities.
