According to the results of the assessment of the digital transformation index (DTI) at the department and district levels in Hai Duong province in 2023, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board ranked at the bottom of the department-level rankings.
In 2023, Hai Duong has 19 departments, branches, and 12 districts, cities, and towns participating in the assessment of the digital transformation index at the department and district levels. Only the Provincial Inspectorate and the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board participated in the assessment but were not ranked because these two units do not provide public services.
According to the self-assessment and scoring results of agencies, units and appraisal of the Provincial Digital Transformation Index Assessment Council, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board ranked at the bottom of the department and sector rankings, with 326.85/500 points. The low-ranking criteria include: digital awareness reached 40/50 points, ranked in group 3/3; digital human resources reached 18.5/50 points, ranked 6/17; information security reached 33.65/100 points, ranked 15/17; digital transformation activities reached 124.7/200 points, ranked 17/17.
Compared to the top unit on the ranking, the Department of Information and Communications, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board has a large gap in total score, 119.41 points lower.
The Hai Duong provincial department-level digital transformation assessment index has 6 criteria, totaling 500 points including: digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital human resources, information security and digital transformation activities.
The district-level index has 8 criteria, totaling 570 points including: digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital human resources, information security, digital government activities, digital economic activities, and digital social activities.
VN
