From 2022 to present, the Department of Transport has had 3 initiatives and solutions applied in administrative reform.
Specifically, the solutions are: Sending documents and results of administrative procedures through public postal services; developing software to manage reports in car driving training; building a management system and coordination regulations to serve the management and handling of traffic infrastructure violations. The above initiatives and solutions are applied in practice to help reduce administrative procedures and shorten the time to process documents of organizations and citizens.
Applied from July 2022 to present, the solution of Delivering records and results of administrative procedure settlement via public postal service has resulted in over 33,000 administrative procedure records being returned to organizations and citizens via public postal service, accounting for nearly 20% of the total number of records received by the Department of Transport. Currently, the Department of Transport is the unit with the highest rate of administrative procedure records returned via public postal service in the province.
