Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Giang district was transferred and appointed to the position of Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board from March 1.

On the morning of February 28, Comrade Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province attended the conference to announce and present the decision of the Provincial People's Committee to transfer Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Giang district to work at the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and appoint him to the position of Head of the Board. Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien replaces Comrade Tran Anh Tuan, the term of office is 5 years, starting from March 1, 2023.
Speaking at the assignment, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung congratulated comrades Tran Anh Tuan and Nguyen Trung Kien on being trusted by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to be assigned to new positions.
Comrade Trieu The Hung believes that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien will continue to promote his effectiveness and work experience to lead the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to achieve many positive results. He suggested that Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien and the collective of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board proactively research and soon develop a draft regulation on the functions, tasks and powers of the board according to the new guiding circular. Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien was born in 1971, from Vinh Hong commune (Binh Giang), has a university degree, majoring in judicial law, a master's degree in law, majoring in historical theory of state and law; senior political theory. He has held many positions in Binh Giang district such as: Deputy Head of the District Organization, Labor, and Social Affairs Department; Chief of Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of Binh Giang district, Head of the District Economic and Infrastructure Department; Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee.
