Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) currently has 4 communes that have not yet arranged cadres and civil servants in the vertical sector at the "one-stop" department due to inadequate facilities.

According to the Department of Internal Affairs of Tu Ky district, as of April 15, the district had 4/23 communes and towns that had not yet arranged for cadres and civil servants in the vertical sector to receive and process documents at the commune-level "one-stop" department according to Decision 1291/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the List of administrative procedures. These are Dan Chu, Ha Thanh, Van To and Tan Ky communes.
The reason is that the facilities at the local “one-stop” departments do not have enough space to arrange a working place for the cadres and civil servants of the vertical sectors to perform their duties there. Currently, the communes have to balance their own budget to renovate and build new “one-stop” departments, the district only supports equipment...
